The things clients usually ask first

What kind of work do you take on?

Product and UX design, design systems, gamified learning experiences, and brand or campaign art direction. Complex, data-heavy or narrative-driven work is where I am most useful.

Are you available right now?

Yes. I have capacity for new projects and can usually start within two to three weeks. If you need something sooner, say so in your message and I will tell you straight away whether it is realistic.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so I do not publish rates. After a short call you get a written proposal with a fixed price, the scope it covers and the dates — usually within two working days. For embedded work I quote a day rate instead.

Can you invoice a New Zealand business?

Yes. I am self-employed with an IRD number and registered for GST, so you get a standard GST invoice in NZD and pay by bank transfer, like any local supplier. I can also invoice overseas clients in EUR.

Can you work onsite in Auckland?

Yes — onsite across Tamaki Makaurau for workshops, research sessions or a few days a week embedded with your team. The rest is comfortably remote, and I already run projects across time zones.

Do you work with agencies and in-house teams?

Both. I can take a whole project end to end, or slot into an existing team alongside product managers and developers. Client work in English and Spanish.
